Airbox mod zzzzzz!
Just a quicky, does anyone know if 1 meter of rubber seal will be enough to go around the top of the lower half of the stock airbox? I know i could buy 2 meters and cut it down but don't want too if 1 metre will be enough?

I'll try and get a tape on mine tonight if I remember.

Slit along the length of the bit you need for the airbox to create a rubber seal strip...

Apologies furry, I didn;t get a chance to have a look last night. IIRC I had to get more than a metre and the bloke would only sell it in whole metre lengths so I had to get 2m which would make sense as I still have a bloody great chunk left. I'm guessing a bit, but I'd go for 1.5m.furygan man wrote:Thought i could rely on youFalcopops wrote:Bugger, I measured mine quite accurately when I was getting my stuff and I'll be damned if I can remember how much I got.

That ebay auction seems a bit steep to me, I got mine at a shop that specialises in old car rubber (a bit bespoke, but I'd expect you'd find somewhere in the UK, or a kit car manufacturers supplier).
Good luck
