agreed on the mods issue, but WTF is that just to the right of the bloke in the light blue?
Casper the friendly ghost? or a double hard KKK member in minature?

Hmmm I'm not really sure but I guess if the photo was taken from the other side, the chap in the blue may have a very satisfied look on his face
