hi all, anybody know where i can find how much oil/air gap to use when rebuilding my forks, before anyone says anything i foolishly drained oil without measuring, i think they take around 460ml but dont know air gap.

Manual says 118 +/- 2 mm or

520 +/- 2.5 cm3 of oil

with lower collar, spring rest washer, spring, spring tube and sliding ring OUT

Don't forget to put in new progressive springs as well makes a massive difference ............ for the better i might add !!!

wow how do you do that, how can you take spring out without losing your oil? surely you have to unbolt rod at bottom of fork to re insert spring, and then lose oil? yes springs were on the list but have already spent too much, maybe in a couple of months, what type did you go for and i take it they come in different weights?
