I knew you wouldn't be able to leave it alone after seeing mine..lol..
Fitting is pretty straight forward. The instructions with the kit should give enough information for how to go about it.
Failing that.. Try D-Riders approach.

Most motorcycle problems are caused by the nut that connects the handle bars to the saddle.
Yeah that's what I did too - seemed to work for meWillopotomas wrote: Failing that.. Try D-Riders approach.

Hi Will sorry guys i make the simplist thing complicated, the bikes not here so trying to fit the bulb to the headlight unit, which is here!
I've made the spacer (from the old bulb holder, thanks Will) it jus what to do with the black rubber boot and how to cover the millions of wires coming out the back, the balast and starter look ok...it's just finding somewhere to put them although having taken the headlamp apart theres a space under the low beam reflector

This is how mine looked after fitting..

I cut the existing rubber boot to better accommodate the grommet for the HID wires.. Also cut a small slit for the power wires (which you plug into the bikes loom via the H7 connector block) in the side of the existing boot.

The cable tie is there to stop it flapping about rather than holding it on to the subframe. The metal strip was part of the fitting kit supplied.
