The MoT regulations have changed, I was told about the 240mm apart rule for indicators a few years ago when I was modding my Fazer, but it seems it doesn't apply now. As long as they can both be seen from the rear of the bike you should be ok.
Exhaust MoT rules have changed as well, cans used to have to display a BS or Euro eqivilent mark, but I believe now any can will pass as long as it doesn't have "not for road use" on it and the tester decides it's not too loud, which is a bit vague. If it was sold as road legal you will have no problems there.
Your rear brake won't be an issue as long as it does something.
You will need to go back to a standard plate size though, possibly with the post code on it for the dealer you got the plate from, best check this to get it right.
As a basic guide to your Falco passing you'll need working:
Speedometer
mirrors
front side light
head light dip and main beams, correctly aligned
front incicators that can both be seen from the front of the bike
rear indicators that can both be seen from the rear of the bike
(indicators must flash orange/amber at somewhere between 60-120 times a minute)
horn
brakes (no disks warped or disks and pads worn below the minimum thickness)
susspension
red tail light (clear lens will pass as long as red light shines through it)
red brake light (as above)
numberplate light
(no white light to be visible on the rear of the bike, though they may pass a no. plate light if it's only just visible and they're having a good day)
correctly sized numberplate with legal font style and size (and dealer's postcode? (ask the test station for the specifics))
red rear reflector with a lens (ie. not just a red sticker)
exhasut NOT marked "not for road use" or sounding 'too loud' for the tester
no broken glass or sharp bits of bodywork anyone could injure themselves on while brushing against your bike.
That's everything I can think of and is a bit vague, the best thing to do is go into a test station and ask what they want to see on your bike, do it, then take it back there for a test, if it fails then you can say "But you said it would pass if...." and hopefully get it through ok.
Don't get too worried about it, my Fazer got through last week with an after market end can, a fairing held on with cable ties, indicators held in with gaffer tape and only one side light and full beam working, really the bare minimum and very questionable in places, but under the new system they technically couldn't fail it.
