The wife has just run to the door like an overexcited child.. Apparently DHL have delivered something 'the very next day' despite there being snow somewhere in the UK where the delivery came from..
I asked the guy where he parked Rudolph and the sleigh cos there's no way parcels can get thru.. Royal Mail said so...

Anyways, Have a wonderful Christmas and New Year everybody.
If we have anyone who 'doesnt do Christmas' for whatever reason, Happy Turkey sandwiches week, or whatever you call the time :smt001

I have to be honest I don't really do xmas - part of being a nurse - i always work them! In last 20 odd years i think I have had one xmas off - this year, I was meant to be off but... staff member in South africa and no flights - I am now working xmas again LOl

BUT

thanks to Tim, I do now have a rather special present - cheers mate - it arrived this morning :)

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

Happy Christmas or whatever to one and all from Dorset!

Merry Christmas to all!

Well we've got about an hour 'til St Nick makes an appearance over our skies, So I think it must be time to sit down with a glass and remember those absent friends who wont be enjoying the next week or so's festivities and joy.
Once that is complete I shall adopt the role of the man in the red suit and distribute various presents around the house for little Kwacklets, whereupon I will then sink into bed, no doubt to be woken by the smallest Kwacklet requiring a 5oz bottle at about 4.30am (Mum feeds him, I just go fetch the bottle, warm it up, etc).
