Rear view Helmet

#1 Post by Moose » Tue Nov 30, 2010 9:16 pm

I don't know if any of you have heard of these new helmets by reevu?

Basically they have a rear view mirror "built in".

After trying one on, I have to say I was well impressed by the quality of the helmet.

I liked it so much I bought the company!! (Well bought into the company)

I have become an agent so if anyone is interested give me a call, info on my new website www.rearview-helmet.co.uk.

I hope this doesn't contravene forum rules.

Cheers

Moose

we'd already had a discussion on them being cool..

I and the other Admins have no major qualms with regular members of the forum peddling their wares. It's positively encouraged as you're the guys who put so much into the site, it's always nice to return the favour and help you guys earn a crust... however a bit of discount for RS / ARS members is always good.. Nudge nudge.. :smt002

Seems to work for Nooj...

Bang yourself a link in the links forum mate and crack on.

If you want to sponsor a forum Samray can direct you to the thread and stuff about it. It's reasonable and provides a quick click for those who suddenly think 'Wow! I have some money spare, now where was that link for the helmets that guy was talking about the other month...'

Oh and I will say at this point..

FUCK ME THEYRE CHEAP!!

As in that linked thread I commented..
I like it. Although I imagine the price is going to be extortionate when it gets to production

:smt001 Always nice to be proven wrong!

And I love the Satin Black one, although I currently have 3 different helmets that are all fine and in date and cant justify buying another for a while. :smt009

Yeah these look good - hope you do well with this venture.

Since moving to a carbon shell helmet, I wouldn't go back to anything heavier. Was momentarily encouraged to see that there is one in the range .... until I saw the price ...
Of course if you have just won the lottery and all that cash is burning a hole in your pocket, we also offer a Carbon fibre option for £1999
..... sadly just a tad outside my budget ..........

Yes, £1999 is somewhat steep :smt009
.... sadly just a tad outside my budget ..........
Won't you have some OZ wheels which will cover the "tad" for sale soon?? :smt005

And I am sure if you rummage around your garage :smt023 .

Am I being toooo pushy?

On a serious note :smt020 I was also impressed by the prices of replacement parts, Visors and Visor side plates.
