Dalemac's CGP thread

#1 Post by Dalemac » Tue Oct 19, 2010 11:29 am

Hey guys.

Part of my university course this year is computer graphics and games production. We have to create an object, put it in a scene and allow the user to animate the scene. Basically, a small game.

Im going for modelling a falco, putting it on a track and letting the user set a lap time.

I need a little help in the form of pictures of falco's, but more specifically without fairings, or even better rolling chassis.

I was wondering if anyone had any pictures which might help me model the falco more accurately. Wether its without the front nose cone, without the tail unit etc, it will be useful to me, i dont really want to have to take my bike to pieces to get the pictures i need. the more images i have, the better model i can make.

I also need a sound clip of the engine note from tick over to 10k rpm.

Either post them here or email them to dalemac.09@googlemail.com

Thanks for any support!

Dale

Nobody Nooj, but I can see a couple of hieroglyphics in the link that I don't think this board recognises.

Nice pic btw.

Damn you andy, do you know how many hours i am going to be colouring in for now? grrrr ;)

Actually it is really useful, perfect side view!
Thanks nooj, its a good starting point for the front end.

image wont work because the board image system doesnt recognise spaces in url's. must be performing some kind of urlencoding.

Keep them rolling in folks ;)

Image url ends with jpg, not..... "?t=1287511400"

so drop the ?t=1287511400 and you get the image.
