... to eliminate it from the equation, I could do with borrowing a fuel pump from a mid-90's Kwak four.. ZZR's, ZX's etc.. Basically, anything with the same pump as this..

If it turns out the pumps FUBAR, then i'll source a new one.. But hoping not to have to buy one just to try it. Have already tried the pump relay and replaced the 'points' set up on the pump. As it's all triggered by the tacho, it's not clear if there's an electrical or mechanical problem as yet.
