Aladinsaneuk's meeting with a feisty bird

#1 Post by D-Rider » Thu Aug 19, 2010 9:41 am

I've just heard from Pete that he had a chance meeting with a rather feisty bird.

Apparently it was a brief affair but she left quite an impact.
During the encounter she took out some flashers before setting about his fairing - and he's not sure whether it can be saved.

I understand she departed in a bit of a state.

I'm happy to report that Pete's constipation has been cured

mutters

fairing is ok

new indicators, clutch lever, clutch reservoir

sore hand and shoulder

am probably better off than the pigeon though - seemed to leave a lot of guts and feathers over my bike

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

Ouch :smt010
Arnica for the hand and shoulder -- and physio if you can get it, I had a good few months of physio to get my shoulder back in order after the pheasant strike 'cos I ignored it initially and it froze up.
