Because unfortunately, although soft and hardware technology does improve and evolve, you still get people who stick with what they know, expecting it to still compete 8 years later..

So.. 8 Years out of date (technology has moved on leaps and bounds) but still relevant. (not all users have)

I think its still relevant as most people never even stop and consider pc security, which is a shame as it causes all sorts of grief.
