fitting the pc3 is very easy

the pc web site will have the specific details you need - only thing to be aware of is that some of the early falcos have mille type attachments etc - so if you look and it looks different, then look at the correct year mille... ask me how i know!

try looking at R&G bar ends - i think they are available in different colours

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

Renthal do loads but they are alloy so don't weigh much.

I've replaced mine with some skinny ally things for motocross bikes, they weigh bugger all and I've not noticed any difference.

I've just replaced mine with Motrax Double Hard ones, they match my crash posts and paddock bobbins :smt001
