Goodwood Festival Of Speed 2010

#1 Post by D-Rider » Sun Jul 04, 2010 11:18 pm

I took my Dad to Goodwood for his 84th Birthday .... his birthday was back in March but I couldn't get them to bring the event forward - so he just had to wait 'till last Friday.

Thought you might be interested in some of the bikes and cars, so here are some of my pictures.
Of course, these pictures are just the "tip of the iceberg" of the huge number of vehicles that were there.

It is a bit of an ugly brute but with a lot of interesting detail.

thanks for sharing those :)

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

Watched it on tv, but the commentry was crap about the bikes.
Said it was Agostini's MV Augusta going up the hill, but it was a Ducati 999.
Suppose this is what you have to put up with from the four wheel boys eh?

Some great photos of the bikes and cars, (especially the Alfas), thanks for sharing them.
Been thinking of going since it started, will have to make a bigger effort next year.
