Still going strong, my 1997 Aprilia Pegaso. Not many of these about now. Great bike though.[/img]

not my bag, but very nice :)
Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

OOh you could fit a mille swingarm on that...
Nice tidy bit of kit that. Looks well looked after and immaculate for its age!

Yep, nice.
I like the Duc colour.

In spite of the cost of living, it's still popular.

I'll second that as well.
It looks very tidy and a nice little all purpose run around.

Yes - great nick for the age.
I see that's also where Aprilia used the Flying Mythos emblem too.

Thanks boys, it will have to do for me till I die. I'm 70 in August. I might just have one more bike, one that will wheelie a bit easier. I've been watching those lads on the I.O.M and it's inspired me. Your only as old as the woman your feeling!!!!

Plenty more years left for the bike then Al - I always remember those pictures of Len Vale-Onslow riding down to London on his 100th birthday to collect his telegram from HRH in person.

looking good

Mine's 1998 and much shabbier (she had a hard early life) although looking better since her wash and brush up - must take a pic.

Bloody hell, somebody on the forum older than me, I feel rejuvenated.
Keep biking as long as you can Al, I certainly will.
A Falco would be a nice bike to replace the Pegaso, if you fancy the "occasional" wheelie, the rest of the time you can just use the low rev torque and cruise around on it.
It will make you feel much younger,
(well about seven years younger like me!)

I'll have to do a bit of research on the Falco, don't know much about it, but if it wheelies it's got a good chance!!!
