Side stand bracket needed

#1 Post by paddyz1 » Wed Apr 28, 2010 7:48 pm

Anyone got a sidestand bracket for sale?

I brought a perky adaptor and have been using it without problem until i got a puncture last year and had the falco strapped in the back of a horse box.
The problem was that there was only one strap and it was over the seat. When we got back to home my stand had give up and the bike was on its side with the stand now looking more like a C spanner. I heated it up and got it straight but it is slowly reverting back to a C-spanner each time i use it.:smt013

So i am going to buy a buseyboo stand but i have thrown out the original bracket (which the buseyboo stand is based around).

Thanks in advance

not sure if the mille one is the same part??

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

Sorry - don't think I've got one of these.

Cant help I'm afraid Paddy and you have my sympathies only with me it was bluddy gorillas on the ferry ratcheting her down mid-channel "because it moved".

My bracket ended up like a banana so I jumped in the deep end and got a US stand AND kept the 3rd bolt.

Lets see the bastids bend THAT bugger :smt013
