What's For Lunch?

#1 Post by Samray » Wed Apr 21, 2010 8:21 am

A man goes into a restaurant and is seated. All the waitresses are gorgeous. A particularly voluptuous waitress wearing a very short skirt came to his table and asked if he was ready to order, "What would you like, sir?"

He looks at the menu and then scans her beautiful frame top to bottom, then answers, "A quickie."

The waitress turns and walks away in disgust. After she regains her composure she returns and asks again, "What would you like, sir?"

Again the man thoroughly looks her over and, again, answers, "A quickie, please."

This time her anger takes over. She reaches over and slaps him across the face with a resounding "SMACK!" and storms away.

A man sitting at the next table leans over and whispers, "Um, Pal, I think it's pronounced 'quiche'."
In spite of the cost of living, it's still popular.

LOL

Reminds me of a true story that happened to a colleague of mine.

He was seconded to Japan for a few years and picked up a little of the language .... but maybe not quite enough.

He went to a restaurant/cafe one day fancying a drink and had seen that there was some nice mango juice available so he tried to order.
The waitress went bright red and after a moment went off to her friend. After a moment the two waitresses came back and my colleague ... lets call him "Chris" (as that is his name) tried again asking for a drink of (I think it was) "manko juicu". The girls looked at each other in embarrassment. The guy on the next table could not contain himself - splitting his sides with laughter and eventually leaned across and explained to Chris that he had been asking these two young lovelies for a glass of their intimate juices.

I believe the correct word was provided to him and when all had calmed down he ordered correctly and got his drink.

That was one of his two most embarrassing stories of his time in Japan.
