Factory fitted Falco streetfighter kit

#1 Post by wayno » Fri Apr 16, 2010 9:26 am

I've just seen a Falco advertised for sale with the above kit fitted. I don't like the look of this kit though so was wondering if anyone knows if it's easy to switch these back to standard??

I'm new here by the way, the name's Wayne and I'm hoping to soon be a Falco owner. I hadn't heard of them till last year, saw one and loved the look of it straight away.

if the seller has the original parts - very easy

if not - could be spendy

welcome btw - get your bum in the bar :)

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

The ad says it's factory fitted, so I'd assume not.

Thanks for the info, I didn't want to introduce myself properly as yet until I had a nice shiny bike to brag about :)

indeed https://www.ridersite.com/viewtopic.php?t=6245 may be worthwhile perusing though hopefully he can get his car done cheap and not be forced to sell his falco

I believe you are correct - a factory kit but I'm not aware of any coming from the factory with it pre-fitted.
{though we're always uncovering strange facts .... maybe one was sent as a show bike and then sold on .... a bit like the oasis green ones}

Welcome to the site Wayne, the Falco Fighter kits were all fitted by the dealers as far as I know.
Hope you find yourself a bike soon.
