No real surprises despite new bikes, tyres, teams and riders ?

A very good start for Ben Spies though.
Don't put off 'till tomorrow what you can enjoy today

Same old, same old lol

I'd like to see Rossi on a Ducati, I expect he'd still bury Stoner, but I seriously doubt it'll ever happen.

Nice to see Marco back on a Honda, wonder how long it'll be before he makes Pedrosa look totally crap (June?)

I think they've badly overated Spies tho, he's no better than Hayden (sticking neck out on that)

But I'm looking forward to another Rossi benefit season, just that maybe we might get a few surprises from the new boys like Simoncello.

I'm finding it very hard to get excited with no Brit interest .... 125s should be good though and although I don't think much of the Moto2 concept, it will be interesting to see how it shapes up .... then there's WSB which will be very interesting.

Yeah Bens Peas looks as though he did well in the first session - though not so well in the second.
Don't forget though that JT stuck it on the front row in his first race.
I think Spies is going to find this a big step-up - but Yamaha will have to make it look as though they've done the right thing in pushing JT out to let him in .... my guess is he will get significantly better machinery to help him.

It's just great to have something to think about that sniffs even remotely of the spring and the new bike race season.
