Help for Heroes charity ride Wooton Bassett - 14 March

#1 Post by T.C. » Wed Jan 27, 2010 1:52 pm

Apologies if this has already been posted, but I did a search and couldn't find anything.

Anyway, on Mothers day there will be a ride through Wooton Bassett by motorcyclists in aid of the Help for Heroes Charity.

So far 3640 bikes have registered with 5004 individuals including pillions. At £5 a pop, that is some serious money for a very worthwhile charity.

Further information and registration is at

http://www.afghanheroes.org.uk/bikersevent.asp

As I say, apologies if this has been covered elsewhere.

A great cause and a great day by the look of it. Hadn't been posted here yet so thanks TC. :smt001

I fear I won't be able to be there, but see there is a page for donations which might be an alternative.
