i'm undecided whether i want to fit an alarm so i'm reluctant to spend £250 + on a top notch bit of kit. i've spotted this and wondered if any one as any as thaughts.
cheers.

i think it is not just the alarm - but the alarm fitter.....
that make sense?
may be worthwhile finding a local shop and take those details with you and talk to their alarm fitter??

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

When I insured the ZX9R recently, Carol Nash wanted to know exactly what alarm it had before agreeing to the insurance. My original dual policy for the old CBR and the Falco had to be canned as they wouldn't insure the Kwack. They found me another deal for both bikes without me losing too much, but it had to have the full installation documententation for the Datatool System 3 I had fitted, or they did not want to know. Fortunately I had all the documentation which just happened to be stamped up with "Carol Nash approved installer", so it was fine.
The Falco never upset them too much but the Kwack was group 17.
