hanna's Falco

#1 Post by Aladinsaneuk » Sat Dec 19, 2009 3:37 pm

trust me - the photos do not do the colour justice....

http://picasaweb.google.com/lh/photo/Xc ... directlink

http://picasaweb.google.com/lh/photo/3W ... directlink

http://picasaweb.google.com/lh/photo/MQ ... directlink

note just how standard the bike is.... only thing non standard there, is a number plate late for a tail tidy.....

scary thing is, it is in my garage..... <manic cackling as the ratchet set is found....>

to fit, bubseywoo sidestand, dubble bubble smoked screen and white spring mille shock

i suspect a set of exhausts will have to be fitted, along with a tail tidy i think... and the indicators would be better in smoked..... and......

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

Told you that was the best colour (and, no, the photos don't do it justice).
Why oh why Aprilia chose not to make more than the show bikes in that colour, I'll never understand.

It looks really nice and very standard, not in a bad way, funny how that colour scheme grows on you!
Hope you enjoy it Hannah, once that white stuff has gone!

Very nice indeed. Also noticed the braided hoses and the R&G crash bungs.

Hope the beginning of a beautiful friendship. Enjoy

That is a very, very classy looking bike. Like Andy, I really don't understand why that wasn't a regular colour option. I'll risk outraging a large section of the forum here and state that it's a better colour scheme than the bronze/anthracite one.

All it needs now is the new stand and to lose 10kg of ugly weight (the standard boat-anchors) and it'll be perfick...

Nice looking bike Hannah, but i agree it would look nice with some smoked indicators.
Still like my red one best though.

My horror scope mentioned something about harry potter today, didn't think it would be due to you calling me a witch, I shall go to hogwarts then :smt017
