Thought I'd post something Falco specific for a change, so here is a vid of my Stainless Staintunes with the baffles removed.

Sadly, they aint BSU stamped.

They are only marginally louder than stock with the baffles in place, I tried riding on the road with baffles out but I feel the noise is excessive:

Hi all,

Nice clean bike, and sounds OK, little tip frank, engage your clutch lever when you start up mate. Reduces the risk of sprag clutch failure :smt002 Steve P can give you his sob story, if he is still on here :smt001

Glad you are enjoying your bike and the mods are never-ending :smt004
My warranty is the clear/smoked tail lights around the corner!!

Thanks for the tip Greg; strangely my 900ss Ducati series apparently suffers from Sprag clutch problems as well but this is more a design issue, mine suffers starting issues anyway as it has a big-bore kit.....

I've never thought of pulling the clutch in but its gotta help even if its only reducing back-lash through the drive train: Nice one.

Shame its a bit late in the year for a North-East Falco meet up !!!

Regards - Frank

Meet...

Hi all,

Yes frank, prevention is better than a cure! Falco meets don't have to happen in a huge group you know. Got a friend (Pierre on here) who lives in Bishop Auckland. Visit him once in awhile, hartlepool is but 20 mins away my friend...

Keep that lever in when you start :smt002
