Caffeine-induced diuresis

#1 Post by MartDude » Fri Oct 30, 2009 7:48 pm

Anybody got any sensible suggestions for reducing the diuretic effect of coffee? These days I'm limited more by bladder range than tank range - 2 coffees = 60 miles. And one can't have a decent ride without coffee & baccy stops.

Yep, don't drink it!

Ride faster (conditions permitting - obviously) .... you might make 65 miles.
