As I was cleaning the bike I noticed one of the rear sprocket nuts is spinning.
I am not to good at bike D.I.Y how the hell do I get this bolt off.Once the rear wheel is off can you get to the other end of the bolt

You'll need to take the back wheel out and take the sprocket off. It just pulls out of the cush drive rubbers.
The loose nut is still locked to the cush drive pin (if I'm reading your problem correctly) 'coz it's a nyloc nut. There's a flat at the top of the pin at the back of the sprocket and you can old this while you tighten up the nut. Then put it all back together. Simple as.
