Saw him at Carins zoo a couple of months back. He's 5m long and called sarge 'coz the local police sarge about 5 miles from where we were staying had his dog eaten by scaley here.

The cop phoned the zoo and tell them a 5m crock's just scoffed fido. So the zoo promptly arrive with their 4m long cage 'coz they reckon in the heat of the moment the size would be exaggerated and the fact that the 4m cage was the bigest they had and catch this 5m long monster (braver men than me), but can't transport it. So sarge gies the thing a room at the local nick 'till they knock up a bigger cage. Imagine being the drunk in the next cage waking up to that sight!

That's my kids inthe background. I positioned them for the photo then had to leg it back round the pen to a platform to take the shot. When I got there the kids were gone. So mild panic over and quick sprint back round the enclosure and I find the kids hiding behind the wall to the left in the photo looking a little pale.

When I left them by the fence dear old sarge was feeling the heat and opened his great big toothy gob to help cool down and the kids thought he was trying to eat them. I'm just amazed that they went back for the photo.

so thats where my mother in law is....

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...
