Winter SADS

#1 Post by Myrkk » Mon Feb 12, 2007 12:26 pm

I can't get motivated for this week at all. Just want to go back to bed YAWWWWWWWWWNNNNNNNNNNN.

So, does winter sads exist or is it just a figment of lazy peoples imagination?

Personally I think we should all hibernate....... like polar bears.

I always feel like that after a day on track, or after a long drive, just feel sometimes that I could sleep for a week.
And to top it off its always when you have so much to do so you cant rest!!!

I remember after a weekends racing I just wanted to do nothing, on Mondays I always had the blues even after a great result, probably had something to do with the fact we always went to celebate regardless:)

Yep, it exists and is more common than many would believe. From general feelings of apathy and tiredness right through to debilitating depression. When people say 'you should get out more', there's a great deal of truth in it! The body needs what little sun light there is to be had this time of year.
