Chain & sprockets - where do you buy yours?

The chain on the bike has developed a nasty tight spot (I blame the previous owner), I'll try to clean it properly, maybe it'll help but I'm preparing myself for some shopping

I'll be getting some steel sprockets and probably a Tsubaki sigma chain. Don't want to go 1 tooth down on the front, instead I'm thinking about going 2 teeth up on the rear.
The problem is that most places I've checked offer only 42t rear sprockets. I've read the people have 43's even 44's but I can't find any.

Any idea where I could get a 43 tooth rear sprocket?

I'm in the same boat but less sure of what route to go. Probably stay standard this time round. I have no experience of this company but they do offer a 43 tooth rear.http://www.bandcexpress.co.uk/cgi-bin/b ... av=Aprilia

I've read good things about them, found a "Optional size Silver rear 43t" - wonder if it's steel or alloy
