It appears to be semi synth and 15/50 so it probably is ok.

Never heard of it but that doesn't make it no good.

Why this brand and not one of the majors ?

the sales man was saying that motul are going to be re branded by this and its cheaper

Hmmmm - a sales man would say that, wouldn't he? For only 3 quid more you can definitely have the real thing:

Also if you're a member of a bike club they will further discount the price.

did'nt someone in an earlier post have trouble with this oil. ie clutch slip.

I used it in my 2001 Falco, it was shit, clutch started slipping right away. I had to drain the lot and ditch it, take out the clutch and clean it up.

I went with Rock Oil Simga 15/50 semi, it works a treat.
