"the motorcyclist should have seen the ambulance" no shit!!! illegal to wear an ipod? is that law in blighty?

I listen to music when travelling distance. I don't believe there's a law against it here.
Surely they'd have to ban earplugs too!

yeah me too. I can hear more with my ipod on than with earplugs in. also alot of Harleys have radios with speakers surely just as distracting? America?1 (shrugs)

i some time use my blue tooth for my phone is that alowd, iv heard of people getting done cause thay have proven at the time af accidents they have been on the phone
