Was 'groomed' by Aladinsane at the Club Aprilia weekend; me piles'll never be the same again.

Any more Futura owners on here?

and is a damn shame i gave up - but - next time we meet up i will take a pipe along for old times sake....

and i believe that there are mutterings about meets again.... i know that we have the September meet but maybe something before....

All I can say is - it suits me. It's really comfortable (for an oldish git - got back & wrist aches & pains); fairing works reasonably well; panniers are ace - every bike should have them; centre stand makes chain lubing, tensioning etc. a doddle; fast enough, & will be even better when I've fitted the 15T front sprocket. I really like the styling, and that it's a relative rarity - I can be certain of being asked 'what's that? - never seen one before' almost anywhere I take it.The mirrors are really effective, and don't vibrate much. This was an upgrade from an ageing BMW R100RS.

I know I'm a little biased but there is not that many nicer places to be of a summer evening......
