didnt go far, a nice 25 miles and out for an icecream. Bike worked a treat, clutch is so much lighter with the new mpl slave cylinder fitted. Got talking to another falco owner out with his family in the local park

Beautiful weather in Scotland, long run through the Trossachs yesterday, Callendar, Aberfoyle over the Duke's Pass and round Stirling magic day. A run down into the Borders today, dry roads and not too much traffic. A fantastic weekend's biking. Where ever I park the Falco it gets tons of attention from other bikers, why on earth was it not a sales success? I think the UK Aprilia marketing people need shot!

That makes me feel much better - couldn't make it down this Easter :smt012

Could be on for sneaking a bike down there in May though, then I might 'forget' to bring it back :smt003

from what I have heard, it was too much of an inbetween bike. For a few quid more you could buy a mille. It was way too sporty to be a serious sports tourer. Ie slipper clutch, still quite racey postition. So most people just paid the extra grand or whatever it was and bought the RSV. Then there is the futura if you want touring, RSV for race rep, Tuono for street, guess that leaves it as maybe an allrounder?
