The sad story of the young girl from Liverpool.

#1 Post by HowardQ » Wed Feb 07, 2007 12:13 am

A young woman in Liverpool was so depressed that she decided to end her life by throwing herself into the Mersey.
She went down to the docks & was just about to leap into the freezing water when a handsome young sailor saw her tottering on the edge of the pier, crying. He took pity on her and said “Look you are young and have too much to live for – I’m off to America in the morning and if you like you can stow away on my ship and I’ll take good care of you and bring you food every day”.
Moving closer he slipped his arm around her shoulder and said – “I’ll keep you happy and you can keep me happy”.
The girl understood and nodded – after all, what did she have to loose, and a new life in the USA would give her life new meaning.
That night, the sailor sneaked her aboard his ship and hid her in a lifeboat. That night and each night after, he came back with more food and sh**ged her something silly until dawn.
Two weeks later, during a routine inspection, she was discovered by the captain. “What are you doing hiding here” he asked.
I have an arrangement with one of your sailors” she explained.
“I get food and a free trip to America and he is screwing me”.
“You’re not f***ing kidding” says the captain, “This is the Birkenhead Ferry”.
