One for the paint experts

I'm wanting to paint using satin black for that understated look but I would like to put some decals on too.

Normally I would seal the decals using a couple of coats of clear lacquer.

Is there such a thing as a satin finish lacquer?

Sort of, a good sprayer would lacquer, then flatten, and quick buff :smt002
My warranty is the clear/smoked tail lights around the corner!!
