Aprilia Decals

#1 Post by FlyingKiwi » Mon Feb 05, 2007 1:16 pm

Hi all, Went up to the Ponderosa on Sunday. Escorting two newbie riders, one on a 350 BSA :smt009 Won't be doing that again :smt015
Anyways, got home, took off seat hump to connect optimate and dropped the seat hump on concrete floor :smt022.
Got a couple of deep scatches at the back of it which I reckon an Aprilia Moto GP Champ sticker like wot's on the tank will cover nicely.
Best I can find is one in a set for £15. Anyone know of another source :smt017

As a side note, spotted a 54 plate Falco in Green but couldn't find a rider to chat with.
cheers FK

I've seen a couple for sale in green, they didn't look bad. Not sure if they were official or imports, my guess is on the latter.
As for the stickers, I usually get mine off ebay, you could try these -
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/2x-CUSTOM-SCREEN- ... dZViewItem
or possibly these - http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/APRILIA-RACING-ST ... dZViewItem
The larger packs may be more expensive, but can also come in handy if you are looking for one to cover up something like this, as you get a few different sizes to choose from.

Are you with Bike Safe and is your Falco red. If it is I was stood talking to a copper about falcos last year (at the ponderosa) You would not have seen my falco as I was on the wife's 675 at the time. I went for a brew and when I came out only to see you heading off..Damn.

I alway make a beeline to anybody on a falco.

Scarry ehh :smt002

I have an Aprilia Racing tank protector on my seat hump cos I kept scratching it with my boot when I throw ma leg over it. Reckon it doesn't look too bad either.
