How much does a replacement cost, or is it possible to have the frame re jigged?

All depends on the severity of the damage gio ....but most can be repaired...I used the place below a few years ago on an old Norton frame and the result was good ...only after jigging it had to be repainted in places ....so in doing so it may take some laquer off the falco frame and may be hard to match up.....unless planing to highly polish it

You could give'em a call to see ....at least they have the prices online to give an rough estimate

Brand new the main frame costs £2359.49 in silver or £2221.18 in black.

Why do you ask Gio? .... are you being drawn towards Falco ownership and have your eyes set on a crashed one?

Clearly, there's no way anyone is going to shell out that sort of money on a new frame - if the old one can't be straightened, buy secondhand ... or buy a better example of a Falco for not much cash .....

I had a frame straightened on my old GPZ1100 after a van reversed into it, cost around £60.00 including labour but that was 12 years ago

I think the technology has moved on since then most alloy frames can be completely repaired at reasonable cost have a look here.

I know a cheaper place down South, but the name escapes me. A mate took his short wheelbase ZXR to 'em and came back with a normal length one.. Quite dramatic damage can be fixed

Seastar are quite good by all accounts, but at that price I'd want the frame gold plated on it's return..

Engineering services ar not cheap kwackers but £300-500 would be better than the cost of a new frame and 2nd hand falco frames are rare.

Its a friend who has been looking at one, its apparently got a big ding in the offside top spar (flattened about 4 inches or so) he's been told he can have it for £2100 (its an 02) sight as seen. BTW its got 15,340 miles on the clock.

He's not well up on used prices and I haven't a clue.

No I'm not, I've only got 4k miles on my BMW and I'm not allowed any more bikes, after just buying my son's Thundercat (trackday use only)

I know 4th D, very well but they don't come cheap, I was quoted (and I've been a customer of theirs for about 4 years now) for straightening a track damaged GSXR 600 £390 when it was only lowsided. This, from what I've been told is worse
