I was wondering why we'd not heard so much from Gio of late .... but when I was down in Reading at Christmas, I think I may have found out.
It looks as though Gio may have been expanding his business interests beyond the sandwich empire that he has established.
What i really didn't expect was the line he has clearly gone into:
I presume the longer-term strategy is to combine these interests into a combined wedding attire and catering business.

I particularly like the way he has catered for shoe size 10 - 11.5 and height up to 6'4"...... think that's what he was hoping to keep to himself?
