So, some cars are free as far as road tax goes and those that produce under 120g/km only cost £35.
The Falco now costs £66.00 a year to tax.
So, the question is, using the car tax bands - would the Falco be cheaper to tax if the tax was based on CO2 levels?
To be so it would have to produce less than 120g/km. Whats the chances?

Simple. How many mpg does the Falco do? My Lotus does 30 officially and its official CO2 is 208. So if your Falco does 45 (say) then its CO2 would be about 140.Chabby wrote:So, some cars are free as far as road tax goes and those that produce under 120g/km only cost £35.

Barring the production of some CO and the emission of some hydrocarbons, both of which are small on a modern engine, all the fuel consumed ends up as CO2 and water
