Temp internet files/coolies

#1 Post by BikerGran » Wed Dec 03, 2008 9:28 pm

After my hard drive died, my pouter came back from the shop with IE7 - an upgrade I've refused every time it tried to download! I knew it was gonna be trouble!

It appears to me (though I could easily be wrong!) that the temp internet files and the cookies are all in one folder, and it only offers me the option to delete the lot! Which means I'll lose all those passwords I've carefully set up again with 'remember me' option.

Drat and doubledrat!

Open IE7... click tools > internet options > (browsing history) Delete> then it gives a list of what would you like to delete.. temp files, cookies, passwords.. etc etc etc all separate
