Anyone see Charlies b'day programme?

#1 Post by ligloo » Sun Nov 16, 2008 12:11 am

must admit I laughed ... and laughed and laughed :smt005

Was a bit shocked at the level of 'disrespect' though .... can remember the days they would NEVER have dared say half of what they did :smt003

robin williams - i do not think many people realise just how good he is at stand up

and rowan atkinson - what a way to make a political point re religious censorship before the future head of the church of england

and why not take the piss out of charlie boy... I have a suspicion that anyone who likes the goons can take it :)

oh - I still think he will be a pretty good king...

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

I was uncomfortable with the beeb thing.
Not so much the content, tho cynical me could see a bit of spin, as wtf it was necessary to spend a year making it.
What exactly are we supposed to be being sold here?
There seems to have been quite a well planned campaign going on recently.

I'm a fan btw.

I'm a fan of sorts, but I don't like his other half that much

His got a hard act to follow after his mother.

Thought it was very good but they missed a trick by not having Brand and Ross come on and take the piss out of Manuel :smt003
