I was watching a red hump that went for £12ish delivered. I didnt need it but ........I'd already had a moment or 3 of weakness.
A right side radiator - not needed.
A set of 1 piece leathers size46 - I take 42 or 44
A mille rear shock - bent from a crash
Atm I'm watching some wheels with discs as my spare bikes discs are like picnic plates left in the sun
OT: anyone know anything about Galfer wheels complete with wavy disks . A pair for £8-900 i think. Cant find any info on weights though

am also watching it as i want a black one.. sorry but I will be bidding as well :(
(Eversince i lost my rear seat on my first ride out on my falco, I have promised myself that I will buy a rear cowl so that I don't feel like a pratt riding around with a safeway bag taped on - and no smart arse comments about getting a M&S bag either!)

I don't need it but clearly you do ... so I'll steer clear on this one (but if we both needed it would be every man for himself!)Aladinsaneuk wrote:am also watching it as i want a black one.. sorry but I will be bidding as well :(

We need to come up with an ebay "code of conduct"
Surely anybody really in need of something will have found any appropriate auctions on ebay by themselves.
Anybody who feels the need to ask others not to bid against him can obviously do so at his/her own risk.
But surely those folks who already have all the bling but still feel the need to alert the whole world to the sometimes rocking horse poo like appearance of vital parts......... could just leave it alone.

I generally agree with what you've said Fausto - although well meant, the posting up by anyone of things you've been silently stalking is a right PITA.
The exception to this (in my view) are Buy It Now items - particularly if they've been there a day or two. Anybody who really wants them has (normally) had the opportunity to buy them. Posting them up then gives the forum the chance to get them before a non-forum bidder chooses to buy.
I think that most of the discontent is about pushing up prices more than they would be without such interference - which isn't an issue with the Buy It Nows.
BTW I'm generally not in favour of requests for people to hold off bidding in favour of the person that first requests this - in all probability they are not the first person that saw it .... snipers lie in wait.
Also, although it may (possibly) help (some) purchasers, it's not in the interests of genuine sellers.
BTW Nooj, I'm not having a pop at you - I know you were just trying to help people.
