swing arm tool thingie

#1 Post by Aladinsaneuk » Tue Oct 14, 2008 2:32 pm

way back in the mists of time, some one posted the exact halfords part for undoing the large nut on our swing arms - anyone have the details to hand??

(my connection is sulking so am stopping searching on my blackberry!)

and yes, is to get the bike ready for a winter cosset and polish!

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

Got one in my garage ....

From what I remember it was the Shimano Freewheel tool.

Think I might have posted up a pic on here or AF1 at some point.

So .... going back to the standard swinger? Fitting a single side arm? .... adapting some alien technology smuggled out of Area 51?

spill the beans ....
