Cleaning exhaust cans

#1 Post by Kwackerz » Fri Jan 26, 2007 8:05 pm

I was just perusing the BOS website, no particular reason, when I came across this :

Bos pro clean cleaner and protector
For silencers, especially good at removing finger marks from titanium.

Priced at 7.50

Which made me chuckle.

They hint, or appear to hint that it's brill for getting rid of fingermarks from titanuim..ace.. awesome...

Funnily enough, so will talcum powder or french chalk powder at a remarkably cheaper price.. :smt003 :smt004

The things people peddle eh! I suppose there's a market for it tho' :smt011 :smt011

So how do you keep your Exhausts clean and shiny?

Carbon Fibre?
Stainless?
Aluminium?

How do you clean yours?
