that help at all?

Sid Snail is in charge of the memberships, but has no listed email address, perhaps a pm?

if a problem let me know and i will ask for you

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

Hmmm, maybe I should wash more? :smt003

Anyway, if I have to pay I won't bother.

There was a time I wanted to join, too, until I banged that wall. Why would one want to pay to pay for joining the club? I mean, what are you getting in return?

One off payment of £20 you get a joining package (that varies a bit). I got a T-shirt, a big Aprilia mug (no comments thank you), a couple of those Aprilia lanyard thingies - use them for my security pass at work, a pen and a few stickers.

Also discount at a number of places - bought some parts from InMoto and, just as I was paying, remembered the discount - asked and got 10% off.
There are quite a few places in the discount scheme.

There's also the forum - in my opinion it's not a patch on this one - especially if you ride a Falco.

They do seem to have contacts into Aprilia and get support from Aprilia UK for the Aprilia Day and their stand at the NEC show.
They also managed a rideout to the Noale factory and, I believe, got to look round ... and we know how impossible that is!

My view - not an essential "must join" but for me I'd sooner be in than out.

.... whereas the ApriliaRider Site is an absolute MUST

Well, the Missus and me have given in and joined. The discounts on servicing will soon recoup the £20 and I've got another t-shirt out of it(that's four I own now!).
