I actually got to go out on the Falco today!
It's my Dad's birthday (and retirement yesterday), so I thought I'd take the noisy bike over to Amesbury and drop off various releated gifts (turns out I can easilly fit a 3/4 litre bottle of Southern Comfort and a card in the 'boot' ). It was only supposed to be a simple ride there and back affair, but I got a bit carried away and turned a 60 mile return journey into a 110 mile mini rideout.
I'm disgusted to say that this was the first proper ride of the Falco I've had this year and it showed, I've forgotten how to ride the thing! It didn't help that all the roads in Wilts I chose to get there had recently been top-dressed, but it took at least 70 miles to get used to the bike again after being stuck on the Fazer for cheap commuting purposes for the last few months.
Moral of this story? Dunno, but having a big house and a small wage sucks! If only there was some way I could give up having a small wage, life would be so much better, so much more Aprilia shaped.
Would you feckin' believe it!

It's quite a nice open-plan cupboard, with hot and cold running spiders and all the fluff I could possibly want. I'm let out to go to work and to family funerals.
