We've got a (proper) Blata minimoto in our household. Top speed 42 mph.

NOT for the fainthearted or inexperienced. 40mph highsides hurt. (My son can answer that)

Bro in law has one of those Chinese crappy things that do 30mph and are made of cheese. really really really do not buy one. The build quality is crap and theyre genuinely dangerous. Ive seen footpegs break off at the weld, chains snap when engine mounts shear as well as bars break off. theyre horrid. Spend the dosh and buy a reputable one. Please.

In all honesty dirtbikes are the way forward. cheap secondhand PW50, stick a set of knobblies on it for if theyre going to ride it offroad, or a set of road biased if theyre going to ride it on concrete, etc

Secondhand ones go for 200-400 quid ish
Blatas? Theyre 600 new or 300-500 secondhand. or thereabouts
