PTT fitting

#1 Post by Aladinsaneuk » Tue Apr 08, 2008 8:56 pm

very simple question

I have a falco, and do have a starcom system. Thanks to Mr Lidl's special offers, I bought a radio, and then a starcom push to talk button

no where can I fit it?

there is nowhere obvious that I can see on the left bar, beyond the actual grip - anyone found a solution?

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

I use to have a cheap set up with a PTT button and yes it was cable tied to the grip.
Now I have an Autocom with vox.

Just an idea but what about fitting something in the lefthand bar control. I have a blanking plate where the on/off should be. Are you lucky enougth to have a real bar control of do you have the same shite as I do

Dunno yet. We might have to tighten our belts as the wife has just been put on 90 days notice :smt009
