mobile phone for home use?

#1 Post by lazarus » Thu Jan 18, 2007 12:08 pm

Aged mother is going into a home this weekend but wants to keep in touch. No phone in her room so is there a mobile which has big keys for old fingers and docks in a charger so that it can be left on all the time. Bit like a home radio phone but without wires to the base station.

Why has it got to have big buttons?

A lot of phones now have voice recognition.
I hate it when people ask if you have a bathroom, I want to say "No we pee in the garden"
