Did the earth move for you last night, sorry Andy but this time you got it wrong!
Breaking News - Initial reports of a possible earthquake, which caused tremors across large parts of the UK last night, have now been found to be totally incorrect. These initial reports stated that there was an earthquake and this had an epicentre at Market Rasen in Lincolnshire.
The truth has turned out to be much more sinister. The tremors were actually caused by members of an evil Biker Group called the “Dark Side”. These people are a splinter group from a larger group of bikers who are members of a Web Forum called the Aprilia Ridersite who apparently ride Aprilia Falco SL1000 V/Twin motorcycles.
The “Dark Side” are actually a sub group who ride sinister BLACK versions of these motorcycles. Evidently they organised a run out late last night to the famous bike meeting place at Willingham Woods just outside the town of Market Rasen itself, and owners of black Falcos from all over the country rode there late last night.
All was fine until this large group of bikers decided simultaneously to start their evil machines at 3 minutes to 1 this morning, ready for their journey home, then all hell broke loose.
A member of the main Aprilia Ridersite group, who would not divulge his real name, but give us his nickname of Death-RIDER,(or something similar) tried to deflect the blame by admitting this group of bikers were actually at Willingham Woods in they early hours, but there was a real earthquake, (yeh like we’d by likely to believe that story, where do you thing we are, Los Angeles ??). He claimed that there were actually some other members of this evil sect on other coloured versions of the Falco, in red, bronze and silver, and the like, and some of these had actually suffered damage when they were shaken off their side stands during the quake. He tried to prove his claims by explaining the technical failings of the standard side stands fitted to some of the bikes that fell over, but our intrepid reporter was not fooled.
There were also counter claims from other biker clans, like the Doncaster Harley Davidson Chapter, who claimed to have held an night time track day at the nearby Cadwell Park race circuit, where they claimed to have broken every lap record. There was also another counter claim by the Ducati Monster Dark Appreciation Society who also claimed to have agents operating in this area, but all have now been proved to be incorrect, this really was down to the Dark Side.
Our intrepid reporter from the Market Rasen Daily Echo contacted the Lincolnshire police in the early hours and they attempted to set up secret Noise Meters on all the main roads out of the county to trap these evil people on the way home, but unfortunately the “Dark Side” were much too quick for them and they had all escaped the county before any of them could be caught.
If anybody has any further information please contact the Market Rasen Daily Echo or just call Richard Brunstrom via your local police station, who will organise hit squads to rid us of these evil people.
OK sad I know but just sat at my PC at lunchtime thinking about last night, I was still up at the time and it really shook our house for about 5 to 8 seconds, scared the shit out of me!
