Kawasaki Ridersite

#1 Post by Firestarter » Sat Feb 23, 2008 5:14 pm

Just seen the announcement. Not impressed. We've just got things how we want it, a nice little Aprilia Ridersite, and looks like we're going to get invaded. :smt012

Just kidding, be good to see a few more people around with possibly a different take on things. Is this a new venture Kwackerz, or is there actually a Kawasaki Ridersite out there in the same situation that Aprilia Ridersite was in a while back? Or are you just feeling out-numbered by us Aprilia lot :smt003

And it'll be interesting to see if Gio jumps on the new horse in town (and whether he can keep it upright longer than he did the Aprilia! :smt005 )

There was never a KRS. I did whinge to Hammy years ago when Triumph RiderSite and Aprilia RiderSite were born, but it never materialised.
It is a new venture and like ARS, KRS falls in line as another hidden gem (or hopefully will be). It does have it's own URL in the same way as ARS has one linking to it's entry point.

Your current Admin and RS Mod both ride GPZ900R so I guess we do have added interest in KRS :smt002
Once it's built and set up proper, I will be accepting additions to the usergroup in the same way we do with ARS.

It's nice in that unlike ARS, Ive got a clean sheet to scribble on :smt003

I am more than happy to create further 'RiderSites' should members on here have enough interest in forming them, Im more than happy to purchase the URL, set up the Site forums and set Mods to manage those areas. RS has always been about 'what you make it'

KRS is now open for viewing btw..

I do seem to recall a few of our Aprilia mob used to play on Kwack 2 strokes and the like.. If you'd fancy posting some stuff of relevance onto the forums of KRS would be appreciated.. :smt002

ooo i would love a kh to play with again :)

I had a 250, 350, 400 and h1 - the 500 - all mad as a mad thing in madsville....

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...
