Useless presents

#1 Post by Gio » Fri Dec 28, 2007 11:29 am

So did anyone get one?

I did, a frigging track suit :smt078

I guess it might appeal to someone on ebay :smt005

I didn't get anything useless this year (in fact, I think I've been pretty lucky for the last few years - obviously having a man with taste and who bothers his arse thinking before buying just any old sh1t helps!) but I did get an extraordinary amount of bath oils/soaps/lotions etc, from the inlaws which should save me going shopping Boots for the next decade. :)

Is it a velour one, Gio? :smt003

Lovely grey zip up cardigan from my Mum. Due to me being 36, not 76, it'll probably end up in a charity shop down town.

I did pretty well this year:-

A complete exhaust system off a 2007 Factory, (Cans already cored and the headers are away to be ceramic coated) also got a Renegade air kit (on order) and a great framed print of Rossi

Nothing useless at all, well apart from a battery powered Black & Decker adjustable spanner, Who dreams up this crap ??? :smt017

Its been a bloody fantastic Xmas so far!

If it's a "Shell Suit" Gio, Liverpools your place for selling it

I'm sure Paddy would like it - just the thing for driving around in his new chav-waggon .... once he's fitted the big-bore exhaust and the various compulsory illumination devices..

WhatI'd like to know is, WHO gave Gio a shellsuit?

I know I live in a backwater but I didn't even know such a thing still existed! :smt017

Its not a shell suit (aka Henry Cooper) nor velour. Its plain black with a stupid strip down the legs and round the pockets.

It came from a place called The White Shop, god knows who they are.

Anyway I've given it away, poor bugger. :smt005

I thought I hadn't got any useless presents this year but I'm beginning to think the b'Long Way Down' book may come into that category as I just can't get into it!

But it might redeem itself on Ebay..............
